The views from the room were amazing.
Our experience was severely dampened by poor service. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unfriendly. The broken jacuzzi and the cold pool didn't help either. We expected better amenities. The constant noise from the roof during rain kept us awake.

The views from the rooms overlooking the coffee farm are amazing. Walking paths meander through unique trees and lush gardens.
The lack of air conditioning in the rooms makes for an uncomfortable stay, especially upon arrival when the heat is unbearable. The restaurant disappointed with its inconsistent quality, particularly for vegetarians. Dishes feel like an afterthought rather than a culinary focus. The paths around the hotel are not stroller-friendly, which can be a hassle when navigating the hotel with small children.
